The Breakwater Quilt pattern is a quick pattern for confident beginners and beyond that features a minimal centered wave design and simple stripe blocks. The pattern includes measurements and instructions for five sizes: baby (40" x 40"), throw (62.5 x 62.5"), twin (70" x 87.5"), full/queen (90" x 108"), and king (110" x 108"). Pattern includes templates for two wave block sizes, as well as coloring sheets and mock-ups for lots of inspiration.
This modern, coastal-themed quilt pattern was inspired by the ocean and the importance of mental health. By definition, a breakwater is “a barrier built out into a body of water to protect a coast or harbor from the force of waves.” There are healthy boundaries that help protect our minds and hearts from erosion and damage, and these real life breakwaters are essential to our wellbeing.
